Builders pay us a standard advisory commission for referring verified buyers — the same model used by every channel partner in the industry. Our Process, Step by Step
- Share your budget, location preference, and must-have amenities via call or WhatsApp.
- We shortlist 3–5 verified projects that genuinely match your brief — not a mass list.
- We arrange and, where useful, accompany you on site visits.
- We help you compare payment plans, floor plans, and builder track records side by side.
- Once you decide, we assist with booking formalities, home-loan coordination, and paperwork.
- We stay in touch through construction updates and right up to possession handover.
